When we are photographing children, the number of photos truly depends on the child and what they will tolerate. Only the best photos will be used - nothing with closed eyes, bad angles, duplications, blurry or lighting checks.

Violators of this Federal Law could be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.

3. Ordering Process:
Once you are notified that your portraits are ready for viewing in the online gallery, you will have two weeks (14 days) to choose your print order. After two weeks, the gallery will automatically be archived, and a $75 archiving fee will be assessed in addition to your order. This policy applies to any and all portrait sessions. If you have a treasures package session, the 2-week ordering policy/archiving fee will still be in effect. We keep your files in the archiving system for approximately two years. If you would like to order additional prints in the future, you may do so. The archiving fee will be waived as long as an initial order has been placed.
4. Payment for Orders:
All payments for orders must be received before orders will be placed. If your order is subject to an archiving fee, that fee will be added to the cost of your order. Orders will not be made until they are paid in full.
5. Copyright:
The copyright act protects photographers by giving the author of the photograph the exclusive right to reproduce photographs at any time, by any means. This includes the right to control the making of copies. Even after we have given clients permission to reproduce portraits with the purchase of a disk and print release, we reserve the right to use any and all photographs under Timeless Treasures Keepsake Photography copyright for website, marketing and advertising purposes, with no compensation to the subjects in the photos.
